Objectives

The initiative was aimed at improving TB case detection and patient finding across several regions of China.

From 2018-2021, Johnson & Johnson collaborated with the National Health Commission (NHC), China CDC and Cepheid to improve TB/MDR-TB patient detection for 10 million individuals in 22 counties of 3 western provinces by introducing quick diagnostic technology and performing medical trainings for local health care providers.
